This instrument is used to measure precisely the I.D. Of tubes, so the operation can check fast if the tube has been correctly expanded. Scale in-metric (mm) and inches Resolution 0,05 mm/.002”  

Consists of an aluminum tapered head and a replaceable nylon brush. Inserted on the tube end, it’s function is to guide the tube through the sheets and support plates holes during assembly. Available for tubes 12,7mm (½”) to 38,1mm (1.1/2”) O.D.    

This tool is used to flat machine the tube ends. It has a HSS-TIN coated cutting knife that can be adjusted to level all tubes projection uniformly.

Combined tool for simultaneous chamfering and beveling tube ends. The tools are adjustable according to O.D. and wall thickness of tube. Available for tubes 9,53 mm (3/8”) to 31,75 mm (1.1/4”) O.D.
