This instrument is used to measure precisely the I.D. Of tubes, so the operation can check fast if the tube has been correctly expanded. Scale in-metric (mm) and inches Resolution 0,05 mm/.002”  

Consists of an aluminum tapered head and a replaceable nylon brush. Inserted on the tube end, it’s function is to guide the tube through the sheets and support plates holes during assembly. Available for tubes 12,7mm (½”) to 38,1mm (1.1/2”) O.D.    

This tool is used to flat machine the tube ends. It has a HSS-TIN coated cutting knife that can be adjusted to level all tubes projection uniformly.
